The Diamond Circle: Olyn & Airin Diana

Last Tuesday was our closing day & everyone try buat sehabis baik. After GLAM's CDM meeting with GM at our HQ, I rushed to stockist to register new partners & of course order from clients. Alhamdulillah this month more & more partners especially my direct protege. 

Then I meet Olyn & Airin. We didn't plan, but all of us sampai stockist at the same time. But that's not my story.

Actually Ieja nak share sedikit about them in this business. Olyn actually ex-schoolmate to DDM Norain & Airin is my ex-schoolmate when I was in MRSM Jasin. At the beginning of their business, they just aim to have side income around RM1,000-2,000. Alhamdulillah, they achieved even more than their target. Just at that point, their confidence level quite low.

But I am lucky to have them in my team, both are easy to guide. Sangat bulat hati & always believe in me. That's why mudah untuk di bentuk. 

After half year doing this business their target has changed. Now their target to become a full time mumpreneur with 5 figures income, but yet with time freedom. But why?? 

Actually they have something in common. Both are engineers & mother of two. Because of their workload & long working hours, they didn't have much time with their kids. Especially Olyn, as site engineer selalu je overnite di site. Moreover, selalu je stress dengan kerja or the environment *me too last time. Yang okey kawan-kawan je ;)

So we start planning towards their target & I do advise them that they must believe in what they do. Alhamdulillah, they doing very well & start qualified free trip incentive (Korea). And now they very close to Gold Coast in just 1-month. The progress getting easy when you keep doing the same thing, that's the beauty of this business. This gonna be their second free trip for them. Not only that, this time they will bring more partners with us. Congrats to both of you!! 

Morale of the story, there is nothing impossible if we believe. Nobody can help us if we have the wrong mind set. Believe in yourself & take your first step today!
