Saja nak share my menu for breakfast today yang tak seberapa ni. Mudah & cepat. Ala-ala Diet Atkins style.
1. Salmon grilled with asparagus, capsicum & onion.
Sosej tu tak sesuai for Atkins, that for Fariz. Yang ini ieja just taburkan garam & pepper. Then grilled with olive oil. Since salmon cepat masak, ieja grilled je semua tu serentak. Rasanya dalam 3-5 min dah siap.
2. Omelette with chicken, onion, capsicum & cheese.
Potong ayam into small pieces, then grilled sekali dengan onion & capsicum. Bila ayam dah masak just tuangkan telur yang dah di pukul. Then letak cheese sekeping. Lipat & siap! Jangan lupa tabur sedikit garam & pepper as perisa :)
